USELESS and INCOMPETENT That's the only 2 word I can find to describe the staff and service. So I went there and placed a order even paid for it to be picked up the next day at a arranged time. I was assured that the order will be packed and ready for pick-up as I had mentioned that I will be travelling by Taxi. Next day I called to say that I will be there in 15 minutes to pick-up. No problem they said, we'll pack now and be ready. 20 mintes later when I go in for a pick-up and ended up waiting HALF AN HOUR while they prepared my order and serving other customers inbetween my order. Only to find out after that they got the drinks wrong. Costing me $35 just for the Taxi Waiting.
